Jockey's Ridge I

Climbing Jockey's Ridge for the first time in many years, I was reminded again how beautiful and otherworldly this special place in  the Outer Banks is, and how grateful I am that people had the vision to preserve it!  The photos I took have inspired a series of paintings on which I'm currently working.
